Traffic figures are estimates, from Vumacam LPR counts and City of Johannesburg JRA traffic count data. They indicate vehicle volume passing the site, not an audited audience measurement.
The only screen in the network outside the northern suburbs, and the one with the broadest audience by some distance. It faces traffic on the approach to the Nelson Mandela Bridge, the span that carries Braamfontein over the Park Station rail yards into Newtown.
What sits around it is the city itself: Johannesburg Park Station, the country's largest transport interchange, a block away; the Newtown cultural precinct with the Market Theatre, Museum Africa and Mary Fitzgerald Square; the Richfield Newtown Junction campus; and the financial district around BankCity to the east.
This is a mass-market site, not a Sandton one. The audience is a genuine cross-section of Johannesburg — commuters, students, taxi and bus traffic, city workers — and the bridge itself is one of the few pieces of infrastructure in the country that people recognise by name.
Send us your flight dates and the corridors you're after — we'll come back with what's available and what it costs.
