A digital LED screen carries several advertisers in a rotating loop, so it costs less per flight and the artwork can be changed in a day. A static site is a printed panel that is yours exclusively for the whole flight.
They are estimates built from Vumacam licence-plate-recognition counts and City of Johannesburg JRA traffic count data. They indicate the volume of vehicles passing the site; they are not an audited audience measurement.
